Job Description:
1. Responsible for the R&D and technical management of products such as the company's management platform system, planning the company's new product development and technology development routes, and realizing the company's product development and technological innovation goals;
2. Responsible for organizing the collection of relevant information, analyzing the development situation of the industry, formulating the R&D strategy and planning the company's management platform products, the annual work plan and the working objectives of each stage; Improve the company's existing products to meet the market demand and increase the competitiveness;
3. Responsible for the management of R&D project and the new product development process for effective supervision, control, and responsible for process and result, ensure the process specifications;
4. Responsible for solving all the difficult problems during the research and development process, directing the project manager to carry out research and development;
5. Establish cooperative relationship with external scientific research units and experts, assist fund application, project development and project acceptance.
Job Requirements:
1. Age 35 and above, gender is not limited;
2. Computer related major, bachelor degree or above;
3. More than 10 years' experience in project development and management of large and medium-sized software platform;
4. Strong organizational ability, learning ability and judgment analysis ability, high sense of responsibility, identification and integration into the enterprise culture;
5. Good communication skills and influence, strong negotiation skills, public relations ability and crisis management ability;
6. Rigorous and steady work, strong dedication and innovative ability;
7. Energetic, with strong compression resistance.
