Job Description:
1. Responsible for the research and development of optical and copper fast termination products;
2. Familiar with the standard of the SCS (copper cable, optical cable), optical and copper fast termination products;
3. Responsible for the production, quality, safety and equipment management of fast termination products, ensure the completion of various indicators
4. Responsible for the daily management of the employees in the pre-end product workshop
5. Track production situation, product demand, production process, output value target, etc., achieve the production target on time;
6. Organize the routine management of the company's production equipment and allocate the equipment reasonably, handling the depreciation of production equipment, reporting loss and scrapping;
7. Education the employees for safe production, and timely organize personnel to deal with safety accidents and safety hazards in production
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years experience in field production management;
2. Professional knowledge of enterprise management, production management, quality management, equipment management, etc.;
3. Familiar with production planning, scheduling and statistical methods;
4. Strong oral expression ability and organization and coordination ability;
5. Strong analytical ability, strain capacity and decision-making ability;
6. Strong management skills and interpersonal skills.
