High Energy Consumption

Public security systems at provincial, municipal and district levels are numerous; current segmented management is not ideal, and old data center builds using underfloor supply / ceiling return airflow consume more energy.

Poor Environment

Cyber Security and Traffic Police brigades each run independent, complex systems but lack dedicated, well-equipped data centers, so the machine-room environment is generally poor.

Security Risks

The command center's machine room is cramped, shares space with large-screen equipment, has a relatively poor environment, and its power supply has low resilience against risks.

Messy Layout

Grassroots police station systems and cabinets keep growing each year, leaving cabinets inconsistent in size and the layout messy; machine rooms are commonly shared with storage rooms.

Project Background

The Heilongjiang Provincial People's Procuratorate is the state legal supervision organ, established under the Constitution of the People's Republic of China and the Organic Law of the People's Procuratorates.

Project Overview

The project adopts the DTCT modular data center solution, featuring 48 cabinets in a cold aisle, 4 units of 40KW air conditioners, 2 power distribution cabinets, and one environment monitoring system forming an enclosed cold aisle. Security video surveillance, access control, and all collectors in the machine room are centrally managed by the DTCT environment monitoring host.

Project Background

In line with the "13th Five-Year Plan" for the networking and application of public security video surveillance in Henan Province, and with the overall goals of "full coverage, full network sharing, full-time availability, and full-process control", this project innovates comprehensive social governance in Luoyang. It strengthens video surveillance construction in key public areas, key industries and fields, and guides and supervises the construction of public security video surveillance in key security units.

Project Overview

The project adopts the DTCT enclosed cold-aisle modular data center solution, comprising 5 modular data center rooms, 100 cabinet slots, 20 row-level precision air conditioners, 2 base station air conditioners, 2 sets of 500KVA modular UPS, 160 units of 200AH lead-acid batteries, ATS integrated power distribution cabinets, and a centralized environment monitoring system.
