Abstract
On November 16, China Electronic Quality Management Association issued an announcement. The group standard Technical Specification for Edge Computing Data Center Engineering (T/CQAE 20001-2023), edited by DTCT, was approved and released.
According to the announcement, Technical Specification for Edge Computing Data Center Engineering will be officially implemented on December 16, 2023.

Standard Overview
Approved for project initiation by China Electronic Quality Management Association and in accordance with the Measures for the Administration of Group Standards of China Electronic Quality Management Association (Trial) (Document No. DianZhiXieMiHan [2022]29), this specification is compiled by Zhejiang DTCT Data Technology Co., Ltd. as the lead organization together with participating institutions.
Applicable to newly-built, reconstructed and expanded edge computing data centers, this specification draws on domestic and international research achievements and puts forward specific technical requirements for design, construction, testing, acceptance, O&M, decommissioning and demolition. It ensures stable, reliable and controllable operation of edge computing data centers, provides solid engineering technical basis and fills the domestic gap in this field.
DTCT will continue to delve into edge data centers, support the dual-carbon goals and contribute to building a digital and intelligent China.
