Summary
On February 19, the 2021 CCF Awards Ceremony was grandly held in Hengdian. As the opening event of the computing industry, the ceremony gathered influential and distinguished guests in the computer field. Both on-site and online audiences witnessed the sharing of achievements and joy, paying tribute to the winners who have made outstanding contributions to advancing national computing technology. As a sponsor of the CNCC conference, DTCT Datasent was invited to attend this grand event.
CCF is an academic organization for computer and related disciplines in China, with nearly 100,000 members, making it the world’s second-largest computer society. The awards ceremony was specially hosted in Hengdian, home to the future world’s largest Computer Museum — the CCF Computer Museum. The venue was chosen to mark this milestone event and facilitate CCF members who wish to learn about and contribute ideas to the construction of the Computer Museum.
CCF honors individuals and organizations with remarkable contributions to the industry. Following internationally recognized nomination and evaluation criteria, CCF upholds its core values. With the theme of “Responsibility · Innovation · Dedication”, the 2021 CCF Awards Ceremony presented a series of awards including the CCF Lifetime Achievement Award, CCF Xia Peisu Award, CCF Distinguished Contribution Award, CCF Outstanding Service Award, CCF Distinguished Education Award, CCF Distinguished Engineer Award and CCF Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award. Distinguished scholars including Prof. Hu Shouren from National University of Defense Technology, Academician Zhang Jingzhong of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Prof. Yang Guangwen from Tsinghua University and Dr. Dou Qiang, Chief Scientist of Phytium Information, received the honors. CCF Fellow certificates were also conferred. Six academicians including Mei Hong, Qian Depei, Zhang Jingzhong, Zheng Weimin, Sun Ninghui and Jiang Changjun, together with hundreds of other experts in computer science, gathered in Hengdian to witness this glorious moment.
As the LED screen sponsor of CCF CNCC 2021, DTCT Datasent was invited to the event. DTCT Datasent’s modular data centers will serve as a powerful engine to support the construction of the new computing power network in the future.
